Customers requiring medical assistance should consult qualified healthcare professionals.

3. Independent Conduct

Customers and Companions are responsible for their own conduct and decisions during interactions.

Compannio takes reasonable measures to promote safety but cannot guarantee that every interaction will be free from risk.

4. Verification

Where Compannio conducts identity or other verification, verification should not be interpreted as a guarantee of a person's character, future behaviour, qualifications or suitability for every situation.

5. Availability

Compannio does not guarantee that a Companion will always be available for a particular date, time, location or service.

6. Third-Party Services

The Platform may use third-party services including payment providers, mapping services, transportation providers, communication services and technology providers.

Compannio is not responsible for independent third-party services except to the extent required by applicable law.

7. Transportation

A Companion will ordinarily travel to the agreed meeting point at their own cost.

From the meeting point onwards, transportation required during a booking
