User Agreement
By creating an account or using Compannio, you agree to:
1. Provide accurate and current information.
2. Use Compannio only for lawful purposes.
3. Treat Companions with respect and dignity.
4. Follow Compannio's Community & Safety Guidelines.
5. Provide accurate booking details.
6. Not request sexual, escort, illegal or prohibited services.
7. Not harass, threaten, intimidate or discriminate against a Companion.
8. Not request a Companion to provide professional services for which they are not qualified or authorised.
9. Pay applicable charges through authorised payment channels.
10. Follow Compannio's cancellation and refund rules.
11. Respect the privacy and personal boundaries of Companions.
12. Not record, photograph, publish or distribute another person's information without appropriate permission, except where legally permitted or required.
13. Arrange and pay for transportation for the Customer and Companion after the agreed meeting point where transportation is required, unless otherwise stated by Compannio.
14. Immediately report serious safety concerns, misconduct, fraud or prohibited activity.
15. Accept that Compannio facilitates companionship services and does not guarantee that every interaction will be completely risk-free.
By continuing to use Compannio, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted this User Agreement, Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy and Community & Safety Guidelines.
