1. Permitted Use
Users may access and use Compannio content only for legitimate personal use of the Platform.

Reproduce the Compannio logo or brand.
Create confusingly similar branding.
Reverse engineer the Platform except where legally permitted.
Commercially exploit Compannio content.

Where users submit reviews, photographs, testimonials or other content, the user confirms that they have the necessary rights and permissions to submit that content.
The user grants Compannio a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use such content for operating, improving and promoting the Platform, subject to applicable law and the user's privacy rights.
